Ok! if you are a combat class and not a pally or priest, youll want this skill! It is ESPECIALLY helpful on soloing, and can be used on other party members if there is no healer. If you like to Grind, or Item hunt, you need this skill! and dont wait till your level 20 to realize you need it! start it immediately!
Trainers
If you cant find a trainer, i guarantee there is one in Stormwind, and Ironforge. there is also one in Elwynn forest(Goldshire), and one in Dun Morough(Kharanos).
Areas
technically, some cloths are hard to find when you want to level your First Aid, and you need them if you are to level it up at all! Here are some locations that you can find the Cloths your looking for
*remember, they are only found on Humanoids, and not on Creatures
~Linen Cloth
found in Fargodeep Mine in Elwynn Forest
found in The Quarry in Dun Morough
generally found in any other starting area in the Game
~Wool Cloth
can be harvested from Sheep with skinning
Found in instances like Deadmines
also found on lvl 17-25 humanoids througout the map
~Silk Cloth
I generally did runs into Gnomregan to get Silk, but can also be found
on humaniods in STV, and the Winterlands, etc
from this point, your skill will have to be around 150-200 already!
for higher lvl cloths and such, just leave a message for me to tell you where to find them
*note= this is for starting out your skill, and not getting it to 300!
**dont EVER purchase the cloth at the AH!!!! it is always exponentially overpriced, and is not worth your money to buy! you can easily get on your own!

heres a few more things for ya guys...
Silk also drops a ton in Scarlet Monastery, and some mageweave will pop up occasionally...
it also drops around Arathi Highlands, off the Mobs near the Big Gate
The 'trainer' to get to 225 is in Arathi Highlands (Stormgarde to be exact).
Its not a Physician, but a normal sales NPC. You can also buy the recipe for Heavy Silk Bandages off of him, too.
For the quest, to get your skill to 300, check Gutens post here in the First Aid area.
Lots of Luck!
