Ok folks, in the past week there have been several questions about how the ranking system will work here at ATPB. I am open to suggestions. Some people like the old rank system which was :

0-10 Footman
10-20 Baron
20-30 Earl
30-40 Knight
40-50 Lord
50-60 Duke

Currently set as

Initiate (Probationary period, usually 1 week)
Member
Veteran (Members from the Old Guild)
Officer

Again I am open for suggestions, so shoot some ideas about here on the forums

My Suggestion:

Initiate for the first week
0-20 Earl
20-30 Lord
30-40 Duke
40-59 Knight
60 Warlord
Veteran for Old Guild members

I dunno, something like that...... Very Happy

I think that is a great rank system. I do believe that the older members that came with us should keep their veteran status. Unless of course they do something really stupid. But that can be dealt with later.

ok so it seems pretty much the same as the old one...the only issue that may arise, is ....

The old guildies with the rank of veteran....what if they prefer the leveled rank?

Also Alts...Rank with structure?

I still think we should have the 1 week probationary period before any rank is given.

Look forward to comments so we can have this in place by the weekend

Also...if they are not registered...they do not get promoted...how about that?

LOL crackdown!
ALTS should be on the lvling system, old members need to post about whether or not they want to be a veteran or contact Guten/Officers in game.

I suggest we toss the old guild Veteran status and just go with the Lvl ranking system. We know who the old member are and they (hopefully) know who they are also.

(if anything us officers can put up officer notes on the Guild window saying who's old and who's not.)

About the not registered, no promotion thing? i think its a good idea, it's not hard to register and check the forums daily and it's not like we're kicking them out or anything. :sheesh:
