BELIEVE ME, this WORKS. I usually run at 5-15 FPS, after this, it was usually 30-50.

Also. Take away your desktop background, this will take up alot of memory.

you can also try Defragmenting your computer, this is make programs run faster, keep defragmenting it until all, ALL of the red is gone, there is also
another program above the defragmenting one that will delete non useful internet stuff. Both of these programs are found in the Control Panel under Performance and Maintenance(note I don't use a Mac and I can only help those with a Dell, cause thats what I have Razz

).

And remember...if for some reason your game doesnt start and you cant get your WoW Fix...we all get to take turns swatting Xalin with a giant fly swatter!
